It's a very unforgiving camera; you've got to get as much right in-camera as possible. But once you see the results its capable of, it redeems itself over and over again. If you're after medium-format level color variance, distinctive rendering, insane sharpness, and a different way of working, the SD Quattro might be for you. If you don't mind a camera with "personality" and don't mind sometimes not getting the shot, the SD Quattro might be for you. Superbly sublime image quality subject to certain operating parameters.
Superbly sublime image quality if camera is used like a film camera with 100 film ISO. Controls and operating menu are accessibly intuitive. Camera is built like a tank. Sigma digital camera with Foveon sensor
