Release from your childhood traumas.
This is the MOST amazing book for the person that has experienced a less than perfect childhood...or needs to step away from the negative feelings resulting from his or her younger years. It isn't a "blaming" book...just a way to learn about yourself...understand your choices...and be able to appreciate who you are...and step out from under your childhood cloud. My Mother recommended this book...and it has allowed me to process the absence of my Father...and move on.
