Major brand..poor performance

Not very moisturizing
I do not know why this lotion is not very moisturizing. It makes my skin/face feel very dry and it made me breakout which is weird because the blue ponds cream is for dry skin and it moisturizes my skin and never broke me out

Sorry Ponds!
