Excellent ice pack
I've now got 3 of these & have used 2 of them regularly for a few months. They are lasting well & are very good quality. The gel freezes flexible and conforms nicely to the area needing iced, although a bit of bending the pack first helps. They stay frozen in use for at least an hour. It's best to wrap one in a teatowel or cloth so it's not too cold & this also makes it last longer. I use for migraines. Having two is best to have one refreezing whilst you use the other. Its ok

Good product
Brilliant for the aches and pains. It is very helpful when you suffer with migraines and have children running around bumping into things. It is reasonable size and a good price.
