Apply to Dry SkinThat's Dry
There's two different packs, the 1%, which is this one, and the 2% that costs three times the cost as this one. Instructions say, apply to skin that's dry. I did this and it worked fine.

Value for money
This cream is similar to Canasten which is very expensive to purchase over the counter, although this cream is 1% steroid and Canasten is 2% steroid it still works well.
