Timeless classic of children's literature.
Sailor Dog has inspired me since I first turned the pages of this book as a child. Before I could read the illustrations found in these pages led me through the adventures of Scupper, the sea dog. As an adult I have often returned to this book both for its text and the wonderful illustrations. It is a timeless classic of children's literature.

A fine children's story.
This was the first book that I read front to back in one sitting. I am now 71 years old, and I cherish the opportunity to read it again.

Memories
As a little girl, this was one of my favorite books. I thought would be fun to share Scuppers the Sailor Dog's story with my grandkids. They love it as much as I did.
