Knocks Out Your Head Cold
It completely knocks my colds in the head if I begin using it at the first sniffle or sore throat. In some cases it has shortened my colds to 3 or 4 days. I've used Zicam Nasal Spray for years.

Amazing stuff!
If you feel a cold coming on ,with congestion, just use as recommended and it cuts the congestion way down! I hardly blow my nose and the colds seem mild. I like the spray better than the gel swab because it drains into sinuses and the back of the throat phlegm and loosens it up. Enjoy

Bait and switch on an otherwise great product
Ad shows 4 packaged bottles. Shipped 4 loose, sealed bottles. Not appreciated. Hard to read fine print dose instructions on the bottles. These were gifts for 4 different people.

Highly recommended
Follow directions at the first sign of a head cold. Keep using for about 4 days, and cold is gone. Always has worked for me. Does not work so good with a chest cold.

This product really does work!
My son and his family all caught colds; I babysit my two little grand daughters for them and I used the Zicam right away and I still feel great! I swear by this product, it really does work!

Spray works
This is first time that I used the spray. I had pre-cold symptoms and immediately used the spray. Next morning I was symptom free.

Zycam
Begin taking Zycam the moment you recognize you are getting sick, especially a sore throat. The severity and length of your illness will be greatly reduced. The key is to start immediately you realize symptoms are presenting.
