Great product but bad batteries
I bought this as a replacement for the remote my dog chewed up. I had to swap out the receiver box to be compatible with the remote, so I'm glad I bought the kit. It works great. It arrived quickly, the new receiver box has a better design than the old one, and it was an easy enough set-up. The only problem was that none of the batteries worked, so I did waste a few hours trouble shooting as the batteries were the last thing I thought of .Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great product .. Make sure to set your PINS!!!
It is GREAT and I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago! My only recommendation for anyone who gets this thermostat would be to check the PINS to make sure they are set the same. In reading the directions, I thought they had been pre-set but after trying the fireplace and it didn't work, I found that the PINS in the remote and transmitter were set differently. Awesome Product.Very Easy DIY install - 5 Minutes Total!

Good all around remote for fireplaces
This remote definitely fit the bill for our purposes. Connecting it was easy. Set-up was pretty straight forward. Eliminated what would have been an itchy-scratchy trip through the fiberglass in the attic. Durability? We’ll see, won’t we? Fireplace remotes comparable to Skytech are much more affordable and work perfect for our fireplaces. :)s
