I had the original back in the day and fondly remember the exercises so I thought I'd get back into exercising by doing a routine that I knew I liked. This doesn't disappoint. I have only done the first bit so far but it's all there, all the exercises I remember. Very happy with this.

Callanetics 30 day count down
It's been a while since l exercised. Feeling muscles l didn't know l had. Only started in last couple of days. Can't wait to see the benefits after 30 days

Very good dvd.
I had the original tape by Callan Pinckny in the, 80s but finding this one much harder being much older but I am persevering & enjoying it.
