The book presents the author's scientific articles, which are based on the idea of the existence of ether vortexes. The ether vortices fill all the outer space and interact with each other. The magnitudes of these vortices range from infinitely small to infinitely large. The author in 2004, on the basis of this idea, developed a theory of vortex gravity, cosmogony and cosmology.
