A fine piece of products
I started getting interested in knives so I have researched and looked through both internet and shops. There are so many with variety of types and price. J.A. NOT AS GOOD as it used to be but worth the $40
The page and experience were good until I received the knife and found that it is NOT as heavy as the one I was replacing (i.e. it is lower quality): lighter weight, thinner blade. i have had my set of four star knives for YEARS and was hoping this one would be as nice. Your ad page says: Over 32 million FOUR STAR knives have been sold to date. And we haven't changed a thing to this day – because there's nothing to improve. Hooey. The knife is nice but NOT AS NICE as the ones I have had for many years. Razor sharp and great for most uses
