Effective sleep aid
I've suffered from poor sleep most of my adult life - either difficulty getting to sleep where I lie awake staring at the ceiling, or waking on the early hours unable to get to sleep again. Melatonin was recommended to me a few years ago, and I've used it occasionally ever since. I find one 5mg taken about an hour before going to bed helps me get to sleep and stay asleep - and I don;t have that bleary, dopey feeling in the morning. These particular ones are good value; there are some very expensive suppliers out there, so do your research carefully. Not so effective as Natrol Time Release 1mg
Expected the 3mg to work better than the Natrol 1mg but did not, thought it would keep me asleep longer and for at least 4 hours and reset my sleeping clock as I do a lot of travelling but as Natrol always worked and gave me a restful nights sleep, Puritans Pride did not.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Melatonin perfekt but it is not allowed to import in Denmark
