Cycliq Fly 6CE - A Worthwhile Purchase
It's obvious to see the changes for the better since the original Fly6. Clearly they have listened to feedback from owners and have incorporated that into the Fly6CE. My only criticism's would be that the documentation states a micro SD card limit of 32GB. I would think that 64GB would be more reasonable capacity card these days. Note that some owners have stated that they are using a 64GB micro SD card without issue. I would also point out that the audio quality is somewhat lacking. It sounds very much muffled and it is difficult to distinguish any meaningful phrases on playback. Although on reflection, I've yet to have an angry driver tell me where to go. I do like being able to configure the device from a desktop or smartphone hence avoiding pressing buttons pre-ride to decide flash mode and light intensity. In summary, and notwithstanding the previous comments, the FLY6CE is very, very good. The light is bright enough and I would have no hesitation is recommending to any cyclists looking to acquire one for safety or indeed pleasure related purposes. I must admit being able to see the look on some of my friends faces as you pull away up a hill is priceless (I just wish I could do it with more regularity). As far as future feature requests, I would like voice activation. It sounds a little 'wanky' but being able to make adjustments on the 'fly' (no pun intended) would be a useful feature. Fantastic. Hope this Fly6 lasts and does not fail.
After the first ride with the Fly6 I was quite impressed with the clarity as it showed a very clear video of what the traffic was like also if I was unfortunate to have been ran into from the rear there would have been evidence. I was sorry that I did not have a Fly6 a couple of days before when a very impatient delivery driver overtook me at 4.30 am in a very dangerous manner then abused me but I could not get any further away because of a metal grate over the gutter.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

there is not much to choose from out there that do the camera and light thing, this is such a great idea. I have had their (front and rear) units since their first offerings. the only letdown is the software, be it update process or changing the date etc, however over time they have been working on this and improving, I will keep encouraging them by purchasing and using their product, I do encourage them to keep it simple though, the GOPRO is way to complicated and convoluted.
