A feast for the eyes and ears with excellent functions.
Received this fantastic TV today several days ahead of time. Very pleased with it's performance. No need to get into the Tech details. One's own eyes and ears are the best judges. We all see and hear differently, never mind what the Specifications say. Almost no one has perfect Vision and or Hearing. See the 2 pictures of how the screen displays the 2 wallpapers. Excellent usable features. Huge 75-inch screen and impressive quality. LG has done a marvelous job. Watching movies in 4K UHD Dolby Vision and HDR10/ Nano Cell quality is going to be a real fun experience. Looking forward to buy a LG 4K UHD player next. One feature that would have been great would be the HDMI OUT. That would have made it possible to combine this TV with older Receivers like my ONKYO TX-NR3007. I paid a fortune for this Receiver a few years ago and am not about to go out and buy another one with HDMI ARC featuring DOLBY ATMOS etc. If anyone has an idea how I could connect the TV's HDMI 2.0 inputs to my Onkyo NR3007 (HDMI 1.4, I think) inputs/outputs, please send a little note. I was considering a HDMI Splitter. HDMI in to 2 HDMI outs, one Video and the other just Audio that goes to the Receiver. As of now I have the Toslink Audio out from the TV to the Receiver but Toslink is NOT made for the latest Dolby ATMOS/and DTS' latest sound experience. And thank you in advance.
