A very good choice, for an older model
The DDX9703 is a very nice upgrade from a stock radio. I put one in my truck along with a backup camera and a small amp, and it’s a big improvement in safety and convenience. It comes with a hands free microphone for dictating texts and the CarPlay feature allows a lot of hands free features. The wired connection does a great job of music playback, the Bluetooth connection has a little less reproduction of the highs. Having analog plus HD is very useful here, some of the HD stations don’t reach far from the main city. I did a factory software update which improved the responsiveness of the touchscreen. This is a 2016 model, so I bought a newer one, DDX9705s for my other car. I would recommend the DDX series and will watch for another good deal on these for my sister’s car.

Sounds great
This is a good receiver with a lot of features. Fairly easy to use and sounds great. Hooked up a sub with it and it rocks.

Pretty good
Much more streamline than the ddx9702s. Only thing is its hard to customize the experience. I hate the disclaimer every time it starts but thats not Kenwoods fault. More of a legal thing. Works great though. Don't be intimidated by the wiring. Just take your time and follow directions and you'll be glad you did.

Love it!
What's not to love, this radio rocks. I can connect USB flash drives, android, iphone, ipod, bluetooth, play a dvd, view the cams, push the Nav from the android up to the stereo screen, yup def worth the buy at this price.

Love this!
Been using for about a year now, everything works great, but in the summer when the car is extremely hot , the product will malfunction. It warns of this in the instructions, so now we try to cool it down before turning on when it’s that hot
