Be careful
So I'd gotten up to t 2 capsules twice a day in a months time-- then over the Memorial weekend I didn't take any so I could focus on RNR-- second day into it I was waking up to some terrible headaches then once I'd get up I was dizzy, I could not figure it out same on 3rd day then I figured it out, my mind an body was missing it's fix. Waited over a month and wow great overall product

Great product
LOVE this product it TRULY suppresses your appetite like the Black Seed Oil did even when I had the munchies from my medical Marijuana I use and I was like wow. I also am losing weight and I can tell ALREADY and I have been taking it since Aug 3rd and it's the 13 so after 10 days I can tell the weight loss so I can imagine after a month. Works for me
I have been using this product for over 120 days now and before I did my weight was 209 pounds. I now am at 189 pounds. These pills stop me from eating a lot of food.
