As Described
Only negative is that for an aging parent the volume of the ringer could do with being louder as it's difficult to hear above the tv noise. Other than that it is easy to set up, store numbers and install. Overall a good product so would recommend.

Ringtone
The volume is low although the phone is on maximum volume. Although there are fifteen different ringtones the phone is stuck on the factory ringtone on all three handsets.
