Small but Innovative and Effective
This product works! I do weekly intramuscular (IM) injections, and this really helps. It stimulates the nerves around the site of the injection so that your brain can't focus on the injection site alone. I recommend this to anyone who has a hard time with doing IM injections on themselves. Simple, yet highly effective.
Simple, easy to use, and effective. I have to self administer IM shots once a week and was having a pretty rough time getting it done (there is a mental game that comes with stabbing yourself heh). Working as a proprioceptive distraction and a good aiming aid, this device has really made a world of difference for me. The material is surprisingly good for the price point as well. I can’t tell you how pleased I’ve been since I purchased these; such a simple design yet such a great payoff. Absolute lifesaver
I have had a severe phobia of needles ever since childhood. When the covid vaccine came out I wanted to get it but felt too scared to go through with it. Until I found this gem. With the help of this handy device (as well as some numbing cream) I was able to conquer my fears and get my vaccine! It actually works!
I ordered this product because I had my first Covid vaccination coming up, and I was already dealing with very painful tendonitis in my shoulder and upper arm. Having to also endure the pain of a needle being put into my arm was not something that appealed to me. I decided to give this little gizmo a try, and I'm glad I did. It actually works! Based on shots I've had in the past, I'd say the ShotBlocker diminished the pain of the injection by about 75%. Didn't seem to work with my kids, so I dont know!

Great for Sensory Kiddos with shot aversion
