A Premium Oximeter of High Quality
I purchased this to use on my 87 year old Mother. She recently had a pacemaker installed along with an aortic valve replacement. I do have a portable blood pressure machine however i like this item for the oxygen level reading. I took it with me to her latest doctor appointment on May 18th 2018 and her doctor put it on his finger for a while and he said it "was a good one". I like to have fun with it with my Mother. I go up to her and say, "give me a finger'. I would highly recommend this product. It seems to do the job for what i need. Lightweight, great features, and an alarm
I am a nurse, and needed one to keep with me, instead of hunting one down in our unit. This is compact, fits easily in your pocket or attached to the included lanyard. Small and packed with features
The size of unit makes it easy to hold on your finger while walking which is my primary exercise. I have a desateration problem and this unit has an alarm which I can set so I do not have to constantly watch the screen, as it goes off to alert me. This product gives me a wealth of information while I am active, big plus, not having to stop to get accurate readings. My only concern is with cold temperatures as it will not read without warming finger on a 38 degree day. OK if your neurotic and healthy
This oximeter works on relatively normal people and even people who have what I would consider to be a fairly moderate amount of disease. The problem this machine has is that it is very sensitive and drops off when you get into patients that have a decreased pulse pressure and decreased capillary pulse. While this is true of all pulse oximeters, for some reason, this one is very sensitive. I have a very similar model that I bought about 10 years ago for about the same money and it isn't even as nice or as fancy as this one and it works 10 times better. This thing is OK for a routine check of pulse ox symmetry in mild disease. If you were going to use it in a full medical capacity, you will be A little disappointed. It doesn't work all that great. It also takes a lot longer to acquire the pulse then the other unit I have. I have patients that have severely depressed ejection fraction and the old unit works just fine on them. I guess it's true what they say "They just don't make them like they used to". so if you are a healthy individual and you are curious as to your pulse ox is when you get off your Peloton this one is for you. Easy to read digits & saves power

Impressive and accurate
I bought this for my friend for her personal use. She needed to be able to keep track of her Oxygen levels after an illness while she was on oxygen. This was a perfect fit. it's easy to use so my not so tech savvy friend was able to use it with no issues. The screen is bright and clear. ya have had many comments from visiting nurses as well as doctors and nurses during visits, hospital stays and physical rehab about the device and how hey liked our Pulse-ox better then theirs. It uses AAA batteries and they last a long time but the display has a tendency to read full then nearly goon and then sty there for a while before it actually needs new batteries. Great value
This is one of the better pulse of meters for the price. I am an Registered Nurse and I use it at the care center everyday. There is only one person I can never get it to read, but the facility’s pulse ox meter that’s more expensive won’t read him either. Therefore I am very pleased with the performance of this machine for the price. I did drop the first one, one time, and the on off button popped off, but it still works. I ordered a second one to replace it cause I wanted the button to push instead of using my pen to push down inside the missing hole. Either way it was well worth a second purchase!! Good pulse ox
For the price, it’s good value, takes about 10-20 sec to sink and for light duty medical and personal use, it gets a pass. I would not use it for General Anesthesia, but certainly for conscious sedation, it will do perfectly.
