Lovely to find this on DVD
I had the original video but it wore out with continual use. This DVD is a brilliant find, hard to find anywhere else and is really just what I needed. An added bonus is that although it was advertised as American play only, it works on my UK DVD player. Recommended!

Yoga DVD
Great DVD and you can feel the stretch. Now I just need some stick to it motivation. Jane is encouraging but well you know, exercise of any kind is work and requires total commitment. Great video, quick ship. good price.

Jane Fonda am/pm yoga
I am so glad I was able to purchase this dvd. It was very easy to follow. For a beginner this is an excellent start to learning about the correct posture and and breathing techniques involved in getting the positive results you will get from yoga.
