Awesome Highlighter
I’m a Makeup Artist and I’m always on the Lookout for a Different Product Something Better , I ordered this after seeing Recommendations on You Tube . When I received the Product and Tried it out I was Amazed I was a Glowing to the Gods with this one ! So Far my Favorite Highlighter, and I have tons of different brands! This one from the Balm is so affordable compared to its high end competition and as I said I put this against the best of the best ! I Highly Recommend this Highlighter
