Calm Magnesium
Very great magnesium supplement. The flavor is good. I feel so much better. I even sleep like a baby now. Thanks to this great product I have never felt better. It has no side effects and I can take it in the morning or at night. I like that it provides up to one month supply and that is taking it twice a day.

Drink yourself relaxed.
Calm Magnesium has several benefits. In the right dosage it relieves a stressed feeling. It can replace drinking Epsom (also magnesium) which has a horrible taste. Calm is way more palatable. It is a mineral that the nerves need in order to function, so it also relieves cramps. Taken in bigger doses it acts as a laxative. My wife uses it in this last capacity successfully. It does lower blood pressure. It does all the above, but when used as a laxative, only the amount the body can absorb will be absorbed, the rest serves as the laxative.

The calm habit
Taking Calm is an easy habit to form and sooo beneficial for our body. Being regular one of them but also other systems balance out. Even my sleep has benefited. Thx for this product.

Great for muscle spasms
Natures Calm helps stop muscle spasms and is also a great way to be regular. One teaspoon in the AM and One as needed for spasms -up to three a day will help especially those with pain issues

So far so good
I've been using Natural Calm for 12 days. I just bumped it up to 2 tsp. per day yesterday and I'm still hoping to see a reduction in migraines. I've seen an immediate relaxation effect. Awesome to take about a half hour before I go to bed and start yawning profusely in 15-20 min. I'm sleeping a lot better and my work-outs at the gym are stronger. Also I find I'm more flexable and any soreness I have from new exercises or added weight is deminished. Good stuff!

Everyone needs magnesium!
Magnesium is so important for healthy bodies. I take it for muscle cramps, stress and to help mesleep. It's also great to keep you regular! Great taste and great price.

Highly recommend!
I've used this product for a long time I'm obsessed with it! My mom has to have the plain because she is allergic to strawberries and raspberries! This product really does help with cramping muscle stiffness sleeping problems fibromyalgia muscle weakness etc.

Good taste, good ingredients, great value!
Smarty Pants vitamins are the best value that I have found for children's a multi-V. My 4yr old enjoys taking them, they are made without many of the questionable ingredients that my family tries to avoid, and the price is quite reasonable.
