Great Size
This Era is a decent headset...however the Jawbone Icon HD is a far superior one. It is small in size...connects easily and has decent sound...however you must turn the volume up almost double when listening to music compared to the Icon HD and the sound quality is definitely not as good..also the battery life is a lot shorter. Works but...
Audio makes caller's voice sound muddled -on both ends of the line. For $145.00, you would think you'd get better audio quality. Its workable so I continue to use it. Great product - shame the company stopped making these things.
Despite being old and having lower batter capacity than some recent products on the market, the design and easy of use are great. Too bad so sad...

Poor quality
Received ear piece Aug 10th had less then a month and it just stopped working, can't hear any sound and people can't hear me on the other end, contacted seller they refused to exchange because it was past the 14 day limit, it was 20 days I had it before it stopped working. Will never buy from again does not back their product, product only works for short time no wonder they only give you 14 days. To my thinking, this is the best Bluetooth on the market for the price it talks to you it's interactive you can call from the headset.
