Unproven but feels like it helps
I have adhd and although I am not anti-western medicine, (I take medication for adhd prescribed by a pyschiatric doctor.) I feel like it helps me retain information and helps with memory somehow. I do want to point out that this product is not fullt proven to assist with memory or brain plasticity.
