Strong nails - over all better energy.
Cell salts are for real and a very necessary nutrient for most people. I recently ran out of my cell salts and just stopped taking them. I take the bioplasma + Hyland's #12 for hair and nails. I recently turned 63. At my manicure two months ago my manicurist said, "Girl what happened to your nails? They are peeling like an onion." I couldn't figure out what I was doing differently for my nails to have gone south so suddenly. Then I realized I stopped taking the cell salts three months prior. I ordered them and within 1 month could see a huge improvement in my nails. When I went for a pedicure a few weeks ago a different manicurist said, "You have such nice strong healthy nails for someone your age. Never again will I be without my cell salts. My daughter-in-law gives them to my young grandsons. They have not been sick for the past two winters since she started giving them. We live in Chicago and the winters are horrendous. Powerful in a tiny easy to use form.
It works and is good for you. I used the individual Hyland's cell salts for my children when youngsters to help them during teething and croup events and they worked marvelously. I used them during hard physical work and noted I felt much better from muscle exertion and heavy sweating. Gentle flavor, quickly dissolved and absorbed.
I got started on the BioPlasma salts because it was more affordable than getting the specific, individual salts.
