Perfect product, no problems.
Instructions said hard drive needed to be formatted and partitioned to install windows on it. That may be the case with a windows installation, however, we installed Linux Mint 32bit OS and did not have to do anything except install the USB with the OS and change the bios to load from USB first and DONE!
