The body makes new cells throughput it life. You need iron to make cells in your body. But how do you get enough? You can research and find ways with diet but it is simpler to take this iron supplement. People typically do not like taking iron supplements, because iron supplements in most forms causes constipation. Not this one. It is “easily digestible”, and your body will function well. Take with vitamin C. Because you need vitamin C to utilize iron! (Learned that from a Red Cross employee.) Anemia Away!
I've been anemic for years and doctors have recommended I take iron supplements. Most iron supplements cause digestive issues and/or constipation. Oh fun. However, the formulation of these greatly reduces those side effects, yet are effective in raising my iron levels according to my blood tests. The only iron that works for me
Iron bisglycinate and iron pyrophosphate are the only forms of iron that don't constipate me and work well for me, I usually go back and forth between the two.
