Dog loves taste
My dog is very picky and really doesn't care for any type of dog food. I know the benefits of omega and started to add it to his food. He loves the taste and will eat his food now. Works extremely well on my elderly(17) year old golden retriever.
My vet suggested this supplement for my elderly dog for almost continuous licking. He actually licked one paw raw to the bone. I saw improvement in licking behavior after only a week. He still licks some, but not the frantic continuous licking that caused open wounds. In addition his mental status is much improved, no more barking at nothing or furniture hopping. Arthritis seems to be less debilitating & hind leg muscle mass has definitely improved. He now jumps rather than crawls onto couch. Can't say enough good about Nordic Naturals Omega 3 Pet. It works real well for our cat.
