Great Omega-3 for vegans and plant-based folks!
I've taken this product for years, originally prescribed by my optometrist when I first developed a few floaters. The floaters subsided to the point I hardly ever notice them, and I have not developed any new ones, several years later (and I am over 60). I also take this supplement for heart and brain health. I am vegan, so fich poil was out, and I do nt eat fish. I think this is a very important supplement for most people. This is a high quality one as well. May Be Great?!
For those who wish to supplement with Omega3s but who'd rather get farther down the food chain where the pollution, hopefully is in less concentration, this is a great option. Again, hopefully, for I am not able to ascertain that the algae from which supplements are made, have not begun to accumulate heavy metals, themselves. For the time being I'm taking this one. Seems like a fine product.
I'm taking this because my doctor told me I should. I can't tell any difference in how I feel, but I wasn't expecting to. I think it's one of those things that works under the radar, so it's hard to comment on how it works.
