"The Stand" by Stephen King
Like seeing an old friend!Enjoyed re-reading it almost as much as reading it the first time.And books physical condition was excellent.

Fair condition at best
I am only commenting on the condition of the book.I think the write up was miss leading. I could have chosen others. I started this book years ago. I liked the story, but never finished it. It is a good story, but that is to be expected from Stephen King.

Odyssey of good and evil.
Great book, tied in with many other books. I love the story and the small lessons it teaches. Stephen King is a master storyteller.

Suspenseful and compelling with great characterizations.

Beginning is great, the rest is rough.
Around the 300's things suddenly take a supernatural turn. Did not like how unrealistic it became after such a strong original premise.

Often hailed as his best book (I'm partial to the Dark Tower), The Stand has such depth to its characters and care given to the plotlines, I can easily see why this book is so often recommended.
