It works well but setting up was difficult, due it turned out, to an IP clash. This was difficult to find as there is nothing in the documentation, or anywhere else that I could see, giving the default IP.
Once I got this from DLink support (192.168.1.50) I disconnected the other device using this address and then everything worked as it should. It has been running for a couple of weeks now as a Wifi access point and I'm pleased with it.
Ok, if I remember correctly the default ip address (192.168.0.50) is a little unusual which may cause some users a problem setting up although if you set everything to DHCP you should be ok. Smaller than I thought it would be it works fine and is pretty well plug and play.... We use a separate server to dish out addresses so I cannot comment on that otherwise a great little device... Thanks.
