Ernie Ball strings have quality control issues
I own a guitar repair shop in Houston Texas and have seen some major corrosion on all Ernie Ball strings. I got in touch with E.B. reps who said they would reimburse me. I was not reimbursed and I never heard back from them. I contacted one of the senior reps and after dragging their feet they decided to try to make it right. Sending me 2 and even 3 times the amount of strings in my inventory totaling 809.00! As I open these "new" strings I find the same problem that they said they had solved. Corroded. I no longer endorse Ernie Ball strings. BTW D'Addario had this same problem about 10 years ago and after I brought it to their attention they changed to a totally airtight and U.V. resistant pouch. Problem solved!

Very open tone, Not my favorite pack of strings
I use an Agile Les Paul body guitar, I switched from a Heavy Slinky top to these 10-52's to see if I would like them. I don't mind them, but they're too tinny for me, and they rattle a lot on my guitar. I think these strings would be better suit for a Strat body type instead of a LP body.

New Strings Attached
To tell you the truth, I do not play guitar. I do though, have a guitar collection and like to keep them all in tip-top shape. My only experience with guitar strings is from my days in a band and the recommendations of the guitar players that I have played with over the years. It's been some time since I bought new strings and I just thought that these were a great deal. My friends, that sometimes pick up one of my guitars, seem to love them. That is confirmation enough for me to put these strings on my whole collection.

I've switched to these Ernie Balls and not just for the great price 5 Stars
These are great, I work on Jazz and rockabilly archtops mostly and these are great even for the acoustics Great bass response on the low end and the skinny tops are as advertised. Long lasting and great sounding. I have really switched to these almost exclusively and everyone I turn them on to are sold as well. And you cant beat the price.

These are my favorite strings for both of my working guitars. The low notes sparkle and the high strings are really bendable for steel guitar sounds.

Low cost, high performance
I have been gigging these for years. I play fairly heavy handed and have no breakage issues. A standard gig is 3 hours of playing. They last 3 gigs with practice in between without issue.

Band use
$40 for 10 sets Great deal I use for my whole band, that makes up 7 guitars and we play in drop b on 25.5 and 25 scale guitars and its great, decent life span

Great set for tuning down 1/2 step.
I tune my Strat down 1/2 step. I like the extra meat the wound strings have - stronger and less rattle than 46's. I've used them for years.

The perfect set for Drop C B A!
This 6 pack Skinny Top Heavy bottom are perfect for getting your guitar work perfectly on those drop c, b and also a, because you have very thick strings for the bottom giving you nice strength and the skinny top perfect for the solos! For me, this are the best strings for Drop C, B and A!
