Jack of all, Master of many
This remote is quite long, but very easy to hold and use. I really like the flexibility to be almost whatever remote control you need it to be, with a couple of clicks of a mouse button. If you don't actually want one for a specific device, it can act as a spare, in case one of the growing collection of remotes decide to give up the ghost. Its extensive list is formidable and probably contains 95% of devices sold over the past 10 years. But what is outstanding is, if you cannot find your device listed, a simple email to the support, normally responds within the same day, and it is added to the daily update list. Hit refresh and there it is. All that is included within the price, it is not a paid for service. The top row of buttons allow you to switch the remote to the desired device. You can map the keys from your device by simply selecting the device i.e. Sat, DvD, TV, VCR etc, then click the manufacturer and the model number, then click Install. In about 5 seconds, the remote is programmed. You can do this for each device and then use the remote for all the programmed devices. Well designed replacement remote
A solidly built programmable remote control, easy to setup and use. Only slight glitch on programming via the online database via model number is there are a few errors and the codes don`t work. Great Remote
Truly a great remote, so easy to program and use, a little longer than expected but does a great job and works better than some original remotes at certain angles. Cant recommend highly enough, some of the big brands are not as easy to use our program.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Well worth the money
Takes a few minutes to figure out how to download the software required and how to use it. After that it is straight forward. Works as expected, which means almost perfect. In some instances some of the controls of the original remote is replaced with alternative keys. in that instance there will usually be availeble an PDF for dowload that will show the substitute keys. I now have 2 of these controls because i use tem at different locations and I am very satisfied with tem. Highly recommended as replacement for the original remote. Superb customer support
Excellent universal remote - was able to configure it for my TV, HDD, DVD and Freeview box. Also, not only is the database of supported remote controls huge and covers most devices, if you find your device is unsupported the support staff at Superior will quickly add it to their list.
