Cooking oil - good product, good price and delivered on time.
Been using it for some time and rate it. Bought the 5 litre size as was good value for money. Likely to last for a few months but will definitely buy again.

Good, stable deep-frying oil
I'm not a connoisseur of olive oil but I do a lot of deep frying & this is a good frying oil. I use this at 120-180 Celsius and it seems highly resistant to oxidation, retaining colour and clarity after many uses. It doesn't crisp chips quite as well as animal fat and seems to have lower specific heat capacity (it cools quite a lot on initial 'dipping'), but it's a pretty good substitute. The container's rather handy for its size, too, but take the cap off before you lift it up or the whole bottle spins freely!

FANTASTIC FOR DEEP FAT FAT FRYER
This is amazing for deep fat frying. Chips taste fantastic, light , fluffy inside and crisp and dry outside.
