Not powerful enough
Bright this to replace a dog chewed 853490-002. It works fine as long as the computer is in standby. If the computer is on it constantly flips between charging and not, presumably as the psu turns on and then over currents. Cut the end off and spliced it onto the original PSU body. Also doesn’t have the centre pin connected. Not sure what that does but doesn’t seem to affect anything.

Great value replacement or 2nd charger
To replace girlfriends old one, seems well made and is far smaller than the old one. Not actually for the same laptop but the specs are identical.

Good bit of kit
Good piece of kit which is more portable than the original brick and plug wire and takes very little space in my laptop bag.🙂
