Easy to use
easy to use and not heavy or awkward. Not very keen on the window cleaner supplied, I found washing up liquid and vinegar worked better for me

Brilliant product and value for money.
This is an amazing product the leaves my glass and windows spotless. It is so easy and quick to use. I cant believe I have spent so many years scrubbing my windows. I would definitely recommend.

Not quiite as good as hoped
It appears to be better in the advert than in real life use. Yes it does clean the window but streaks remain and have to be buffed off. On large windows it is quicker than just water and sponge but on smaller windows there is not much gain.

excellent product
having just had all new windows fitted we looked at what was the best way of cleaning them we chose this method and is excellent quick and easy,no mess.

Can't recommend enough!!
Wish I'd got one years ago!! So easy 2 use and windows are so clean. Can't recommend it enough.

lightweight with great features
water bottle had slight leak. karcher replaced it extremeley quickly would recomend this company and yuorselves to everybody

Vacuum cleaner
Work's well for internal windows and vac's up the water well but can't see where the steam cleaning comes in its good for what I want it for
