So very glad I got it!
The Apple Repair store was going to charge me a minimum of $225 to open, diagnose and fix the rumbling in my 27'' Apple Thunderbolt Display. I decided to change the fan myself, following an IFixit tutorial online.: so, 45mn and a a $20 fan later, my Apple display was like new! I received the fan promptly, I am not qualified to tell if it's a good quality build, and only time will tell if it is a durable one. One little thing though: one of the pair of wires was too short to reach the connector by following the placement of the original one, but that was easily worked around. Other than that discrepancy, the fan is identical to the original. It's been over two weeks, and so far so good. Thanks for this (monitor) life saver! Cheers
