Fantastic addictive viewing but not for the faint hearted...
Fabulous creator, fantastic actors.... Absolutely amazing series, gripping viewing... I have watched all 3 series and currently watching the fourth, season 1 episode 1 is a bit slow going but it's definitely worth sticking with it as you'll soon find yourself bonding with the characters n really getting into the story... Not for the faint hearted,but in my opinion not excessively violent as the violence is in context with the story... Definitely worth watching...

Superb Series 3
Once again the Shelby family return for another series of excellent tv, nothing as good as this in years from the BBC & surprised that it's only on bbc2, should be prime time viewing on bbc1, watched DVD within 2 days as sadly only ever 6 episodes per series, but was brilliant as always.

Blinding Addictive
Each series of Peaky Blinders has been so so exciting,don’t think I know anyone that has not been addicted to Peaky Blinders.This,season three is no exception... Very cleverly made,the characters you really relate to like you or a member of your family were there and you can’t wait to see what happens next.

Peaky Blinders Series 3 Dark times but very beliavable.
At times the DVD shows extreme violence, entirely believable for the time. Many of the characters had fought in the trenches and I believe men came back desensitised and feeling cheated, returning home to extreme poverty and lack of opportunity. Breeding grounds for crime. The show is based on street gangs of the time but is not a factual documentary. The writing is excellent and the acting superb. The plots, twists and turns are exciting and very entertaining.

This is such a good programme. You just keep wanting to know what's going to happen next .You know the family are bad but but you want them to be ok can't wait for series 4 .
