If your trying yoga first the time then this is the one for you!!! Peggy Cappy is amazing!! she helps you to get the best out of every pose,she moves slow for you to really understand her. pain relief
I have been dealing with pain for years.I finally found something that has helped me to deal with my pain, without drugs. I am a senior citizen and vegan. I needed something like this cause I hate taking drugs, but the Doctors love to make you take more and more drugs. These drugs can kill you and make your life miserable. That just makes the drug company make lots of money but makes you more sick. These drugs don't fix the problem at all and they are very expensive. Thank you for this wonderful DVD.
