Way better than going to a physical therapist!!!!!
This was better than any of the physical therapists I went to! It wasn't until I gave up on physical therapists not listening and giving me routines that caused more pain that I started to consider that maybe there were DVD's that were better. Wow and how. I was rearended at high speed while at a full stop. Wanting to avoid surgery as long as possible or altogether. Have been workign to find solutions for 5+ years. I am 50+ years old This DVD is awesome. It is at the right speed, keeps me peaceful while doing it. There is no background music to interfere with my ability to really focus on what I am doing and feel my body as I need to be. And it offers prompts as reminders. I would like more prompts about when to tight core muscles, but I have learned that from the other DVD's I got for back pain. All of the DVD's are hands above in terms of how they helped me. Physical therapist appointments - zero stars. Only value PT had was how bad the therapists were, but how it helped me recognize when something was helpful and valuable. DVD's - 10 stars. The other DVD's that have been helpful were Jessica Smith Yoga fusion fix and her Gentle pilates yoga. I am still exploring another low back/neck series by Lillah Swartz called yoga.

If you have back or hip issues, try this.
Several different routines to stretch and strengthen the back and hips. This is an excellent value.

with a right leg with no range of motion, my doctor s recommendation was a joke.
