Great gluten free flour.
Bought this as an experiment to make gluten free bread for a friend. I used the recipe on the packet for the bread maker. It made a lovely tasty loaf but was better toasted the second day. Would recommend to anyone on a gluten free diet and substantially cheaper overall than buying gluten free bread.

Gluten free loaf
I am cutting out gluten for health reasons and make a half white and half brown loaf using this bread. It is so easy to make even though I am disabled, because there is no kneading of the dough. This bread is special and I could not make it without this flour.

It has to be Doves G.F.Flour
I am a coeliac and have to have gluten free food, I make my own gluten free bread and find Doves gluten free bread flour is in my opinion far better than any other, I will be ordering more and I hope for many years

good product which works well
I require a gluten free diet and although there are ample products readily available I wished to make my own sourdough bread and adapt other bread recipes to gluten free. This flour never fails to work well but I do find it hard to get locally, hence purchasing it online.

Glutenfree goodness
I tried Doves after it being recommended to me by a chef. I made oven baked bread using their recipe and the result was a tasty and moist loaf of bread. I was very impressed as it was the best gluten free loaf I'd ever made.

5Star for Doves gluten free flour
I am coeliac and make my own gluten free bread, I find Doves gluten free flour "in my opinion" much better than others I have tried, So much tastier! I will be ordering more of the 5star rating flour that I gave it.
