Sounded great; noise cancellation not so sure it was working.
Sounded great; noise cancellation not so sure it was working, as I bought a pair that were repaired for 25% of retail price and they worked great for a few days and then they didn’t charge, turn on, nothing just died. Great value
This is a great headset. This model is a few years old but still better than the new ones. I have the newer Poly version of this headset and it's not any better and a whole lot more expensive. Sound quality is fantastic, love the mute button, the voice "You're on mute" when in a conf call. Bluetooth to your computer isn't always that reliable especially when you've got a mouse and other bluetooth devices. The dongle gives you a dedicated bluetooth connection and the range is pretty good. May keep as a backup or regift....
Pro's: price Cons: noise cancellation = 0. I use these for work from home so the NC for background noise is imperative. The 4200 series NC is unmatched - I thought these would be an upgrade but they are not. So far (3 days of use) has been excellent, pretty good performance and it looks like new. It has all accessories and documentation. Works as expected.
