So far, I have loved this Nintendo light. It has came a little bit dirty the buttons, the thumb stick and the spray so but nothing will do more of cleaning will do. The charger came with it even gave me a Nintendo. Bag all of the items were sealed and plastic bags and the box was within another box with bubble wrap this package have been taken care with love the lite itself great, has WiFi, allow me to buy games I plugged in (Katherine full body) it worked perfectly I cannot recommend much more.

Home button was indeed sticky because the button was cracked, but a little super glue fixed that up. Screen has a few scratches/chips in the screen under the pre-applied screen protector. Overall the shell was well taken care of and the case was a nice touch. Really satisfied with it
