I would buy again
I bought the refurb .25cal gauntlet it was just what I expected,hard to chamber, trouble lining up air bottle, long trigger pull,very accurate out to 60yrds that's all the yard I have will try farther when I get to the woods,I'm sure it will be a very good varmint gun, real close to back yard friendlyBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Best value for PCP "regulated" air rifle.
Quality product offering regulated PCP air gun performance for around $300. Other air rifles, offering pre-installed regulators, cost twice as much, or more, than the Umarex Gauntlet. The Gauntlet, in .25 caliber, offers top performance for both target and hunting applications. Aftermarket upgrades allow owners to modify this rifle, as desired, with reasonable cost. Lack of installed sights require purchase of a scope, however, savings on the initial purchase allow for this, and 11 mm dovetail mounts makes installation easy. A GOOD PCP only faults is locking screw for holding air tank cover in place should have had a little more meat on threads easily keeps turning !
