Hand Powered Cabbage Slicer - JAPAN
This "Cabbage Super Large Vegetable Turning Slicer Hand?Powered Machine Official JAPAN" is an excellent cabbage slicer. I have used a cabbage slicer made in Slovenia... an excellent mandolin, for years. I decided to look for a tool even more efficient. This tool is what I was looking for. The directions can be followed from the pictures, and watching an appropriate video on youtube. This machine can turn out sliced cabbage very quickly, plus the thickness of the slicings can be adjusted. The machine is well designed, easy to clean.
