Excellent lead cutting tool
I was recommended this tool by another stained glass artist for cutting lead came and now I have used one I won't go back to using a traditional lead knife. This tool cuts through the lead easily and without damaging the lead. I find it easy to use despite having arthritic hands and a limited grip. It's transformed my working life!

very good, perfect for angle and straight cuts of plastic trim and takes standard trim knife replacement blades, good purchase.

Not happy
Because after 1 day working with them the blade holder would not hold the blade square to the base , so I found it hard to cut through the window trim , I had to turn it around to cut both sides just to get through the material, sometimes resulting in having a gagged edge , not the result I was looking for especially after one days use , I changed the blade but had the same results, pretty poor

Excellent tool
I bought these as I saw on a stained glass site that they were great for cutting lead. They have been brilliant, no more crushed ends and wrestling with a lead cutter.
