Genuine Part
Genuine Dewalt guard and knife. These really need a bigger wing nut as you need a spanner on them to pinch the guard onto the knife without it dropping. Other than that all great. Got it to make a chopped down knife for rebates and housings and replace a cracked guard so worked out perfectly buying both together

Excellent product
I hadn’t realised that this was a genuine Dewalt riving knife and guard. But it is and it’s great value for money. It’s identical to the original and therefore fits perfectly. It arrived in good time and was well packaged

Perfect original replacement one for your DW 745
Perfect original replacement for your DW 745 riving knife and guard. I use this one as a secondary riving knife where I have grinded the top part of the riving knife just below the blades height.This is so that I can use this with my cross cut sled and also safely do half-through cuts using this knife setup, rather than not using any riving knife at all.

Genuine DeWalt part
Item supplied was EXACTLY the same as the one supplied with the saw and really was a genuine DeWalt part. A pity that DeWalt insist on making a guard that is all but impossible to see through, otherwise it would have got more stars, but you can buy with confidence that the item is what you expect

Identical replacement to original
It's the exact blade and guard I already had for my DW745. Like some others, I wanted a second one to cut down to just below the height of the blade so I can cut grooves without having to remove the riving knife, and also so I could use my GRIPPER pushblock.

Riving knife and guard does what it says
Bought to add a riving knife onto an old ELU saw. Was what we wanted, had to be adapted but worked fine to make the saw safer.

Original and good value
This is an original part at a fantastic price. Bought to cut down riving knife flush with blade for non through cuts and push block use. Now have modified riving knife and spare plastic guard for original guard and knife. All for less than a tenner.
