excellent product.
I have used both the vape machines and the Nicorette spray.whatever oil i used for the vape i always got blisters on the inside of my lips (i think i am allergic to the oil). with the vape machines you always have half a dozen puffs. with the nicorette, which i have been using since january, i only need 2 squirts. i find that i can go hours with out feeling i need to use it again. my husband uses the vape and is always puffing on it. the nicorette spray lasts me about 3-4 weeks. that is based on 2 squirts half a dozen times a day. i havent had a cigarette since using the sprays. i usually pay inbetween £18 and £20 for the duo so it works out extremely cheap compared to smoking and you still get the nicotine hit. there is only one tiny downside to the sprays and i have found it is a "problem" with a lot of people. it gives me hiccups for about 5 minutes after spraying but this is NOT every time i use it. i think sometimes i must just spray wrong and trap air in my throat i would recommend this product to anyone trying to give up smoking and go for this instead of the vapes. one upside to it is you can use it inside pubs clubs and hotels etc. with the vape you have to go outside.. not good coming up to the cold season... atwickwitch

Lightweight with great features
Nicorette Freshmint Quick mist mg Duo is a great product. Its small enough to fit anywhere and also nobody knows that you are using it. I have been using this product because 1. its a fantastic aid to stop your cravings when you quit smoking. 2. No one knows that I am using quick mist, my friends think I have just stopped smoking on my own and they are surprised that I used quick mist and I have been successful at quitting smoking. 3. The duo pack is fantastic value for money and I would recommend to anyone as its so versatile.

Love it!
I quit smoke thanks to quickmist! Long time ago, years ago. But I so much used to it that I’m using it all the time. It has great taste. When you spray on your tongue do not swallow it straight away. Keep it a while on your tongue. You can get nasty heartburn if you swallow too quick. You can also get a hiccup. But still I love this spray, I hope I can stop using it one day. It’s worth to try if you consider quoting a fags.

Great aid to stop smoking.
I tried all the different nicotine replacements when I stopped smoking and this was definitely the most effective. After 30yrs of smoking, I manage just fine with this instead of cigarettes. It can be a bit strong the first time you use it, but it gets better after the first day of using it. Now for me it is just like using a fresh breath spray as I have been using it for five months now. One of these lasts me a week for the price of one pack of cigs, I'd say that's good value too seeing as I used to smoke 20-30 a day😉 I'd recommend the Quickmist to anyone considering stopping smoking😉

this is the only nrt i can use
sadly im allergic to glue on all brands of patches, gum is disgusting. I may have over used this week but these are running out much faster than the supermarket ones. since i haven't kept count i can't say it isn't my doing.

VERY GOOD, BUT EXPENSIVE AND ADDICTIVE
I HAD BEEN A HEAVY SMOKER AND TOKER FOR 40+ YEARS. I HAD TRIED, WILL POWER, GUM, PATCHES ETC…. TO GIVE UP SMOKING. ALL TO NO AVAIL. THE VERY FIRST DAY THAT I TRIED NICORETTE QUICKMIST, THE DESIRE FOR A SMOKE JUST LEFT ME. BE WARNED HOWEVER. NICORETTE QUICKMIST IS IN ITSELF VERY ADDICTIVE. IT. IS MY BELIEF THAT IT SHOULD COME WITH ITS OWN WARNING. HOWEVER, WITH NICORETTE QUICKMIST YOU ARE NOT TAKING ON BOARD ANY OF THE TAR & CHEMICALS THAT YOU ARE AS A SMOKER.. DUE TO THE HIGH PRICE OF NICORETTE QUICKMIST, YOU’LL NOT BE SAVING MUCH MONEY. BUT YOU WILL BE THAT LOT HEALTHIER.

Great giving up aid!
This is the only product that has helped me give up smoking for good! I gave up over 2 years ago now. They are so descret that you can use them anywhere. The only thing is I’m hooked on these now. But I would say better to be hooked on these than cigarettes!

easy to use
Nicorette Quickmist is the best product for sale to help anyone give up smoking, right from the first use I have never craved for a cigarette, I only gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of 3 issues, the first being is that it is very addictive and trying to get off of it is just as hard as trying to give up smoking but at least they are not harmful to your health, which brings me to my second issue, because of being so addictive it works out very expensive. I would recommend Nicorette Quickmist to family and friends to help them give up smoking but I would also tell them how addictive they are which should be stated on every packed bought making that the 3rd issue.

Will buy again, excellent for quitting
Excellent product, I love the cool Berry flavour but beware, it is very addictive & not much cheaper than smoking. Obviously you don't get the tar and smell etc from smoking and this product really can help you quit!

Terrible
I’m using this spray around 6 years. I quit smoke and now I’m trying to quit spray. It’s very difficult. I purchased those sprays in good price but I didn’t spot that it’s a cool berry. Taste is horrible, I’m having a nausea after one dose. And this prolong nasty aftertaste of artificial berry. Fresh mint tastes very nice and if you are used to it you will hate a cool berry. very, very nasty taste and aftertaste. I can’t using it. I have to bin it as nausea is too strong.
