Great product for making ribs!!!
This is a perfect fir for the char-griller akorn. I have used it to smoke ribs where they are fall off of the bone as well as for a pizza stone. It works great and I am super happy with it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great stone
Works as it was meant to...deflects direct heat and turns the Akorn into a convection oven/smoker. First time I used it, I smoked some ribs and they were awesome. Turn your grill into a Ferrari smoker
A friend saw my grill and said, "Oh buddy, you have yourself a FERRARI of a barbecue grill and you don't even know it... you gotta buy a smokin' stone." With the smokin' stone, and the air inlet and outlet control, you can fine-tune your temperature for indirect heat and slow-smoking. I threw on a pork butt roast, with some rib rub beforehand, smoked it for 3 hours at 275 and then put in in aluminum foil for another 4 hours. It was AMAZING barbecue.
