Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM CAPSULES
This is my second purchase of these excellent CAPSULES. DO NOT BUY TABLETS - thery are SOOO hard to take. These capsules are the best to take. I have two every morning ( with one cod liver oil capsule) to help with my knee joints. I can not prove they work - but I do know that if, by mistake, I run out of capsules, my joints ache until I get my next supply ! Eric M.B.E.

Certainly helping my lower back problem
bad lower back confirmed at hospital with MRI showing dehydration betweek lower 4/5. After 3 years of regular dull ache especially in the mornings, I tread about Glucosamine Combo and thought I'd try a course of a few months. I started to feel improvements in lower back pain within 2 weeks of taking 3 times 2 capsules EVERY day. After a month, much better, but not healed of course. Will continue to take for 1 year and review my situ after 6 mths.
